Information submitted through Contact or Start a Project is used to review the message and reply.
PRIVACY / DATA BOUNDARIES
Privacy should be clear
before data is shared.
This notice explains what the public NetWelop website currently receives, why it is used and where the boundaries are.
The safest default is simple: send only the information needed to begin a conversation. Credentials, private customer data and sensitive security detail do not belong in a public website form.
Effective September 24, 2026THE SHORT VERSION
Use the minimum.
Keep the boundary visible.
Do not send passwords, credentials, private customer records, confidential infrastructure data or vulnerability detail. Request an encrypted channel first when sensitive exchange is necessary.
The current implementation does not include advertising pixels or behavioural analytics scripts.
Sessions, server logs and hosting infrastructure can process limited technical information needed to operate and protect the site.
01 / INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE
Only the context needed to start the conversation.
If you use the Contact form, the site can receive your name, organization if supplied, email address, selected topic and message.
If you use Start a Project, the site can receive project context such as the problem, desired outcome, current systems, your name, preferred reply method and the contact detail you provide.
Passwords, authentication tokens, private customer data, medical or financial records, confidential infrastructure information and sensitive vulnerability detail should be discussed only after an appropriate communication channel has been agreed. If that exchange is necessary, request a secure channel first.
02 / HOW INFORMATION IS USED
Website enquiries are used to review, route and reply.
Submitted information is used to understand the enquiry, decide whether and how NetWelop should respond, continue project or business communication, and maintain reasonable business records related to that communication.
Submitting a form does not create a project, contract, confidentiality agreement or service commitment. Those responsibilities are established separately when relevant.
03 / TECHNICAL DATA + SESSIONS
Some technical processing is required to operate a secure website.
The public forms use a short-lived server session for form security controls such as CSRF protection and submission rate limiting. The session cookie is configured as HTTP-only and SameSite=Lax in the current implementation.
Web servers and hosting infrastructure may also record technical request data such as IP address, browser or user-agent information, timestamps, requested URLs and error or security events. Those records can be used for operation, troubleshooting and security.
The current public site code does not include advertising pixels or behavioural analytics scripts. If that changes, this notice should be updated before or when the new processing is introduced.
04 / SHARING + SERVICE PROVIDERS
Information may pass through the infrastructure required to deliver the website and email.
Website enquiries are delivered to the configured NetWelop site inbox. Hosting, server and email providers may therefore process the information as part of providing those services.
NetWelop does not treat enquiry data as an advertising list or sell personal information submitted through these public forms.
05 / RETENTION + SECURITY
Keep what is useful; avoid collecting what is not.
Information can be retained for as long as it is reasonably needed for the communication, project evaluation, business records, security, dispute handling or legal obligations that apply to the situation. The appropriate period can differ by enquiry or project.
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect website and business information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be represented as risk-free.
06 / SECURE COMMUNICATION
Sensitive information can move through an agreed encrypted channel.
NetWelop maintains secure, encrypted communication infrastructure for situations where sensitive technical material or confidential commercial information genuinely needs to be exchanged.
Do not send that material through a public website form or in the first ordinary email. Instead, contact hi@netwelop.com with only enough context to request a secure communication channel. NetWelop can then establish the appropriate encrypted route before the sensitive information is shared.
The secure channel should exist before the sensitive payload moves.
Secure communication options ↗07 / YOUR CHOICES
You can ask about information you have submitted.
You may contact NetWelop to ask about personal information you previously submitted through the website, or to request correction or deletion where that is appropriate and compatible with applicable legal, security and record-keeping obligations.
You can also avoid the forms and begin with a minimal email message if that is more suitable for the context.
08 / CHANGES TO THIS NOTICE
The notice should change when the website's data practices change.
NetWelop may update this page when forms, analytics, infrastructure, service providers or legal requirements materially change. The effective date at the top of the page indicates the current published version.
09 / CONTACT
Questions about website privacy can start with a direct message.
For privacy questions related to this public website, contact hi@netwelop.com. If the conversation requires confidential or security-sensitive information, request a secure communication channel before sending that information.
NEED TO SHARE PROJECT CONTEXT?
Start with enough context.
Not with sensitive data.
If the conversation needs confidential technical detail, begin with the minimum and establish the appropriate channel first.
