Service, product, work and insight pages explain capabilities and context; they are not a universal promise for every project.
TERMS / PUBLIC WEBSITE
Clear boundaries
before commitments.
These terms apply to use of the public NetWelop website. They describe what the site is for, what it does not create, and how public material may be used.
Client work is different. Scope, price, confidentiality, delivery, ownership and support belong in the specific proposal, agreement or other project record accepted by the parties.
Effective September 24, 2026THE SHORT VERSION
The website provides context.
The agreement creates the commitment.
Sending a form or email does not by itself create a project, confidentiality duty, reserved capacity or delivery obligation.
Accepted commercial documents govern the actual scope, responsibilities, price, timetable, ownership and support arrangement.
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation or submit harmful or unlawful content.
01 / SCOPE
These terms cover the public website, not every NetWelop engagement.
By using this website you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these public-site terms. Separate products, hosted systems, client projects or third-party services may have additional or different terms.
02 / WEBSITE INFORMATION
Capabilities are described with context, not as universal guarantees.
NetWelop aims to keep public information accurate and useful, but services, product features, availability, integrations, examples and technical approaches may change. A page describing a capability does not mean that every feature or outcome is included in every project.
Case studies and screenshots are bounded by the evidence and permissions available for those records. They should not be read as guarantees that another project will produce the same result.
03 / PROJECT ENQUIRIES
A message starts a conversation. It does not reserve delivery.
Submitting Contact or Start a Project information does not create a contract, accepted scope, quote, service obligation, reserved capacity or guaranteed response time.
Do not submit passwords, credentials, private customer records, sensitive vulnerability information or confidential infrastructure detail through a public form. If a matter requires a protected channel, begin with minimal context and request one.
04 / PROJECT AGREEMENTS
The accepted project record governs the actual work.
When NetWelop and a client proceed with work, the relevant proposal, statement of work, agreement, invoice terms or other accepted commercial record defines the applicable scope, exclusions, price, payment, timeline, responsibilities, intellectual-property treatment, support and other project-specific terms.
If a project document conflicts with a general statement on this public website, the project-specific accepted record governs that engagement to the extent of that conflict.
05 / INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Public access does not transfer ownership of the site or its materials.
Unless otherwise stated, the NetWelop name, website design, original text, graphics, illustrations, code presented as part of the public site and other original website materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules.
You may view and reference public pages for ordinary informational purposes. Republishing, copying, selling, scraping for republication, removing attribution or using protected material in a way that implies endorsement requires appropriate permission unless applicable law allows the use.
Third-party names, screenshots, product marks and client materials remain subject to their respective rights and the permissions under which they are displayed.
06 / ACCEPTABLE USE + SECURITY
Security expertise is not permission to test the public site without authorization.
You must not attempt unauthorized access, bypass controls, disrupt service, introduce malicious code, abuse forms, probe private systems, extract non-public data or use the site for unlawful activity.
If you believe you have found a security issue affecting a NetWelop-controlled public system, begin with a minimal report to hi@netwelop.com. Do not publicly disclose sensitive exploit detail or access data beyond what is necessary to identify the issue.
07 / AVAILABILITY + EXTERNAL LINKS
The website may change, pause or link to systems NetWelop does not control.
NetWelop may update, remove or reorganize website content and may temporarily interrupt access for maintenance, security or infrastructure reasons.
Where the site links to third-party websites or services, those destinations operate under their own terms, privacy practices and availability. A link does not by itself mean NetWelop controls or endorses every part of the external service.
08 / RESPONSIBILITY + CHANGES
Use public information as context, then validate the decision that matters.
The website is provided for general business and technical information. To the extent permitted by applicable law, NetWelop does not make the public website a substitute for a project-specific technical assessment, commercial agreement or professional advice that depends on facts not available on the page.
These terms may be updated as the website, services or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current published version.
09 / CONTACT
Questions about these public-site terms can be sent directly.
Contact hi@netwelop.com for questions about these website terms. Project-specific questions should be resolved against the relevant project documents rather than assumed from a public page.

to a defined project boundary.
Describe the operation, desired outcome and constraints. Commercial commitments come after the scope is understood.
